Our will fees

If your requirements are considered by us to be ‘standard’, or simple, we will charge the following fixed fees for drafting and attending to the witnessing of your documents. These rates are inclusive of GST. If additional advice or any estate planning is required, an hourly rate will apply.

​We typically charge based upon time completed for complex wills and estate plans, however, a fixed fee price may be negotiated.
